We docked the next morning in Yichang where we immediately boarded a bus for 5 hours to Wuhan airport. From there we flew to Shanghai arriving in the evening. I was really ready for a little self-exploration in Shanghai and it's a wonderful and easy city to maneuver (compared to Beijing).
