We're at the end of week two here in Albuquerque and neither of us shows any sign of wanting to leave. The weather is beautiful, warm sunny days, cool clear nights. The RV park on Kirkland AFB is in a quiet secure corner of the base. We are able to walk to the post office, base library and the parade ground where we take our daily walk under golden leafed trees with a view of the Sandia Mountains off to the northeast. We are so comfortable here that we have decided to stay until after Thanksgiving.

This past week we discovered several places that we loved. Found a small Unity Church with a friendly congregation that we attended last Sunday and again today. If you don't know, or don't remember, we were married at the Unity Church in Kansas City, and have attended Unity services in many places across the country. Thursday, we ventured down to Old Towne ALB, and found it and the Pueblo Indian Museum very interesting. Ate at one of the country's 50 best Mexican restaurants, the Church Street Cafe in Old Towne. Their salsa gives to meaning to "Hot sauce"! Our meal was delicious and we are counting the days until we go back for more.

Here are pictures to go along with our latest adventures. Can't wait to see what this upcoming week holds.
