Today we left Kamakura around noon and took the train into Tokyo where we finally bought our tickets for the return to Canada. We arrive in Edmonton at 16:32 via Vancouver on November 24th. We also went to the Indian Embassy and got our Passports with India Visas inserted. We now have everything that we need for our trip. We had some time to kill before going to the embassy so we walked around the park near the Nihon Budokan where there must have been some sort of show coming through soon because there were many young women eagerly waiting in line. We also went to the Yasukuni Jinja where all those who have lost their lives for Japan in war are enshrined. This was an interesting visit becuase of the history surrounding Japan in the last few wars. After traversing the Tokyo Rial and Metro systems we went to Mejiro to stay will the Aoki family for a couple of nights. We had dinner with them and, as always, good times were had by all.
