rocks at low tide

Our goal today is short - the Hopewell Rocks in New Brunswick to experience the high Bay of Fundy tides (40 + feet). We arrived in time to see the rocks at high tide, have lunch and wander the trails until the tide started to go out. We took photographs, and enjoyed walking on the ocean floor where just a couple of hours ago there was 38 feet of water. We had intended to spend the night in a campground nearby, but decided instead that it was early enough to drive to Fredericton and get a head start on the next leg.
