We want to thank all our new dedicated readers of our travels, they've recently joined us around the campfire. Since the lockdown has occurred our readership has gone from roughly 125 per day to well over 600 per day! And there were several days in late March and early April when the numbers were a steady 1200 plus! ! ! Thank you! This makes us feel good about writing the daily, weekly, monthly missives. Mind you, unlike other social media we don't make any money writing our stories, it's just historical in nature, that's all. This stop is our 523 stop in more than 13 years on the road seeing this great land! We hope, to realistically make another 6 years before we have to voluntarily hangup the keys.

For the entire country and elsewhere world wide we are saying, "This is the year that wasn't." Don't you just hate it when YOU have to suffer because of the errors of others! We suffer everyday for the mistakes and ills of others, especially if you've seen your auto insurance increase or your prescription costs increasing lately. Maybe you've noticed your medical coverage hasn't come down like you were promised by the politicians that created it. Yep, we're stuck at home in isolation because some "nin-com-poop" in China! Oh, I feel good getting that off my chest!

So, we were supposed to have departed here on March 25th. Instead, we're still at our park model suffering thru unprecedented heat here in Brenda, AZ. For those of you who travel and want to meet up, check our itinerary, we'll meet you 1/2 way up the road for lunch! How's that! We have had 105 at it's hottest on our deck 6 times already! I take pictures of our high thermo readings. We'll be transferring all our stuff from the park model to our motorhome in the next several days, in an attempt to leave here on or about the 14th of May. All the clothes, hobbies, tools, cd's/dvd's, bathroom things, papertowels, TP, and food have to be transferred. On Monday, We'll pull the motorhome over from the storage area to a site near the park model, where we'll plug it in to power and water. This is an effort to chill the refrigerator, get the air conditioners cranked to cool the inside. We can, and will pull the motorhome up to the front door of the park model for easy loading.
