It was a good sleeping night; the morning was cloudy and cool.
Continuing down the Main, we passed through more locks. A quick stop at Flusshafen allowed some to disembark for one of the paid tours.
Many churches are in view; the Byzantine cross was frequently used. After giving way to two other ships, we went under the Alte Mainbruecke, bedecked with statuary and soon docked in Wuerzburg. (The crew was heard restoring the sun deck, so we must have passed under the lowest bridges already.)
Our Wurzburg tour consisted primarily of a visit to the former's Bishop's Residence (a UNESCO world heritage site) and walking through the center of town to view more churches/cathedrals and an annual music festival in the streets.
The local wine is a Silvaner and four of us stopped at the bridge to sample that or a beer.
