Were leaving the Coop Daigle RV Park around 9:30, Alvin notice the 5th wheel was leaning to the left. On taking a closer look he notice the left rear shackle was gone. An employee at the park recommended calling Country Camper Rv Sales, and called them for us. Alvin spoke to the service manager and they determined they probably had the part we needed, and to come on over. It was a careful 1/2 hour drive to the RV store. When we arrived, they quickly determined they did have the parts we needed. The parts manager seemed very knowledgeable and Alvin mentioned some hydraulic issues we have been having and unlike any other RV dealership Alvin had discussed the issue with, he seemed to know exactly what the issue could be and recommended a relativity each fix. Withing half hour of arriving our 5th wheel was in the shop. We went for a nice lunch, at La Sangouine, the little town of Bouctouche just down the road. When we came the rv was ready to go. They had replaced the broken shackle and checked the others and found the same one on the other side needed to be replaced as well. They also put in a separate wire from the battery to the hydraulic pump, which should solve the problem of the breaker kicking in when pulling in the slides. Were happy when the problems were solved in under 3 hours and at a cost of just less than $200. Country Camper turned our major problem into a minor inconvenience. Would certainly recommend them!!!!!

Drove on to St. John, New Brunswick and the Rockwood Rv Park.
