When we departed the Paris Winery, we knew we were only 100 miles away from our ultimate destination of Red Bay and the Tiffin Motorhome Service Center. We need to have some work done, a total of about 5 items need to be fixed. Our shower door is difficult to close, the side shades in the cockpit are drooping down on one end, the cabinets above the dashboard have spaces showing, a clothes drawer needs new sliding mechanism, outside and underneath a spacer bar separating the hydraulic jacks has a broken weld. The service center is setup with several specialty shops like mechanics, windows, tiles, cabinets, paint n body, then the general fixit guys!

Usually it’s a few days wait for an opening to the general fixit guys, then a day or two to wait for each of the specialty shops. It’s a very good system and the work is done by experts in their field not by hacks. We have total confidence in the people who fix our coach here.

One of the biggest and most important reasons we bought a Tiffin was their reputation as a Premium brand. Their service after the purchase is unparalleled in this industry, where many are the complaints of owners of other manufacturers. This is the third time here for really minor items, compared to others, the first two visits the work was done expertly and free or inexpensive. This time will be the same results. AND we have been out of warranty all along. Mr. Robert “Bob” Tiffin stands by his product with exceptional service after your purchase! Having said that, the managers also know when they’re being taken advantage of and will cut you loose. Good graces go just so far. Their policy is first year unlimited repair/replace, then fix the units of 4 years or less with minimal cost to owner.
