Our day began with news which made us very sad. I won’t write of it today but it does not involve our family so please do not worry about us.
This morning we drove into town where I found an old desk at an antique store. I bought that for my future office and then we returned to the RV for some lunch.
After lunch we drove to the town of Bowling Green where we found a dining room table and chairs. We didn’t buy them but will when the time is right.
Back at the RV we rested until time to drive to Palmyra to watch Colby and the team he plays for play a baseball game against Monroe City. This is the second game they have played this year. They won the first game by a score of 17 – 0 and tonight they won the second game by a score of 16 – 2. They have a really good team and will be a force to reckon with when they are in High School.
It was a good day for Marilyn & I and I want to thank all of you dear readers for the anniversary wishes and congrats. Fifty seven years has passed so quickly and I suppose it is because I spent it with this wonderful lady.
In a large part it is because of her that I can say Life is Good!
