This is a nice stopover about 220 miles from home and is one of the only RV parks open year-round RV within driving distance to Newington. The park itself is nothing to brag about and I wouldn't want to stay more than one night. It's only advantage is it's location. It's also become popular and we have to make sure we have a reservation, because by dark it is usually full.
Getting here wasn't too bad, although we did have lots of traffic around DC. Once we got beyond Annapolis and over the Chesapeake bridge, it turned into rural countryside for about 50 miles. Then when we approached I-95 and Delaware it got busy again. Lots of traffic on the Delaware Bridge, but then on the NJ side most of the cars and trucks took the NJ Turnpike and we took I-495 to Clarksboro.
