Sea Day

High 70’s clear and sunny

We had a great night sleep last night. Partly from the early morning and long day of travel and part due to these fabulous Princess Cruise beds and pillows. This may be the most comfortable bed we’ve slept on and would consider ordering one...Yup, you can do that.

We moved the clocks ahead an hour last night and I woke around 8:15 new time and Ann around 9:15. I went to the International Cafe and picked up two Lattes and danish and enjoyed that on our nice sized balcony.

Ann and I did a little walk down near the atrium and made a stop at Crooners lounge around noon. We enjoyed an afternoon cocktail, watched a great and funny martini making show.

We walked the Promenade Deck, myself doing a little over a mile and Ann three miles before settling in at the Lotus Pool area. We had reserved chairs at The Sanctuary but it was a bit too cold in this area so they were fine with us canceling. As we near Puerto Vallarta the temps should warm quite a bit more.

We enjoyed a great dinner again around 5:00. Ann, a pork chop plate and I had the braised lamb chop. After dinner we went to the theater and really enjoyed a show put on by Shaun O’Shea. Singer, impersonator, and comedian that went on for 50min. It really was a Vegas style show that we went back to see at 9:30. We liked him that much. Someone told me it was the best show they’ve seen in ten years with Princess.

We ended the evening with a late night cocktail at Crooners. Just another good day.
