Fabulous breakfast at Europa Inn


Today is Thanksgiving and the day we leave this nice Inn and head to Palm Springs to spend Thanksgiving with our friends and their daughter and family.

Our breakfast at the Inn was again fabulous. It consisted of scrambled eggs with fresh parsley from the garden, mixed with shepherds farm cheese from Vermont, Chistorra sausage from Spain over Apple pulled pork and homemade chorizo stuffing. As a side we had homemade roasted cranberries along with a side of minted sweet peas and carrots with carmalized broccoli. Also a salad of home grown pea shoots, waxed beans with almondine vinergerette dressing. It was his take on a Spanish Thanksgiving breakfast.

Full and fueled for the morning we are packing up Bob’s truck and heading out to Palm Springs....
