definitely one way to save on foundation costs

the piano-man must be on a l-o-n-g break

half timbered homes were always fascinating

If they were lotto tickets we would have won something by now

one-way bridges ....

..... canals .....

..... and pretty villages were always part of the scenery

"pink" for breast cancer awareness was big in Saint-Sever

great old buildings ....

..... a quaint town centre ....

.... and a glass or two added to the charm of Saint-Server

Saint-Sever was a great little village with a fantastic atmosphere. Friendly, colourful and quaint.

Our hotel was modest but with a 'big heart'. It was nice just to relax with drinks and dinner on the kerbside among medieval buildings and very little traffic.

This was a great stopover before heading for the Spanish border the following morning.
