|We arrived at Bastia, Corsica about 3:30 p.m. It was a relatively smooth journey. No flight attendant, pilot or ATC strike. Worrying about them for the last week did the job, I guess. Our cabbie from the airport to our hotel introduced us to the narrow island roads, and the crazy cabbies (115 km in a 70 kmph zone and right on the bumper of the guy in front of us). Our hotel is quite plain but has great access to the beach. We should have a quiet day tomorrow before we have a group dinner.
