Joe & Margret's Great NWT Adventure travel blog

After breakfast we all departed Valleyview for a Leisurely drive to Peace River. The road was very good and straight for the most part. We stopped for lunch in Namba at the 'Farmer's Restaurant'. Excellent grub. They also had a museum that, according to George, had excellent displays. Honouring both the RCMP and Military. Found this out later on. If I had known I would have stopped in. Oh well, there is always the return trip. We arrived at the Good Sam campground sometime after lunch. George, Margaret, Margret and I went into town to explore. We enjoyed a 'root beer float' after exploring the town. Barb and Glenn were off on their electric bikes.

The weather slightly less warm today, 29c versus 33c of the last few days. Expecting Thunderstorms later on in the night.

This evening we will probably get together for some more poker or other games.

Another great day!
