Happy Mother’s Day to all you awesome moms!

I hope you had a wonderful day too. We spent the day driving to Breckenridge, Colorado. We drove one way there and another way back, driving through awesome tiny towns on the way there with many stops on the way. We passed through beautiful mountain towns with high elevations, most were surrounded by snow-capped mountains.

We shopped in several towns on the way and also toured Breckenridge, it is loaded with so many awesome shops. This is a town you want to take the free bus, stop and shop and then get back on the bus for the next shops. It has one colorful shop after another, I could spend a whole day just in Breckenridge. After Breckenridge, we drove home a totally different route, about 130 miles total. We crossed a couple of passes on the drive back. We saw ski resorts and many frozen lakes on the drive back. It was another WOWSER drive in Colorado. I will let the pictures tell the rest of the story. Check back later for more Colorado adventures.
