This morning I had my last wellness visit with my primary care doctor. She gave me a good-bye hug. All my lab results were good, which was very welcome news. I picked up copies of my medical records – all 45 pages of them! I had no idea there would be that many. The medical records clerk will mail today’s report to me around March 1.
Tonight I attended my last small group meeting at Wes Spradley’s house. Since I won’t be cooking anymore, I took my condiments, seasonings and other stuff to parcel out among my group friends. Wes gave me a farewell gift of one of his prints, a lovely shot of the bats flying from under the Congress Avenue Bridge.
