Marilyn & I didn’t plan for enough time to take our walk this morning. We drove the short distance to pick up our friends John & Lori at 9:30 and the drove east on the Expressway to explore the Don-Wes Flea Market. John found several of the parts he needed for his Day/Night shades.
Our wives made several small purchases while John and I ate those small, freshly fried donuts, covered with cinnamon and sugar. Those are sure tasty.
We drove back to the RV park and only 30 minutes later we left again, headed to the Los Asados Mexican Restaurant where we met up with most of “Our Gang” John & Lori, Mike & Marian, Denny & Jackie, Bob & Janet, along with Marilyn & I made up the happy band of hungry diners. The food was excellent and the servings were quite large so “To Go” boxes were ordered and we headed back home.
We lingered in the parking lot as we all said “So Long” to John & Lori who are leaving tomorrow morning. They take wishes for safe travel from all of us.
Marilyn & I changed clothing when we arrived back at the RV and went out for a walk. Today makes 21 days without missing the exercise we practice daily.
Oh, I want you to know that my seventh book in all, titled “Living The Full-Time RV Life, Book 5” is now on sale at Amazon.com with the printed version to follow soon.
