We drove down to Lexington, SC, just outside of Columbia, last Wednesday and spent the night at the Barnyard. An RV park we've stayed at a number of time before. It's located at a large flea market. We couldn't get a site there for the weekend because of the State Fair. I had to make reservations for the rest of the week end at Sesquicentennial State Park on the northeast side of Columbia. The park is located in a wooded area near a lake. The only complaints I have is the interior roads in the campground are pretty narrow, rough, and required some deft maneuvering through he trees. We're here until Monday (5/23) morning while we attend the 87th Infantry Division Legacy Association Reunion and Educational Forum. Stay tuned.
