|Packing up this morning was so cold. Fingers and toes were freezing, but we survived.
The trip to Strahan was once again ' careful driving '. The rugged scenery and forests were beautiful, even in the showery weather. There were quite a few wild flowers, but not in places where I could photograph them.
Stopped along the way at Tullah, first had a coffee, and then had a look at a 'Teddy Bear ' Shop. Well, two front rooms of a ladies home.
She makes beautiful teddy bears. Then walked back to where Noel waited in the car. On the way another lady came out of her house, and said, " do I know you?" , so explained I had been to see the teddy bears. Oh! She said, that's my sister. So we had a chat.
Ann did go along to see the doctor today, as coughing has not improved. She has Bronchitis, so was given antibiotics and a puffer. Pray that helps, and she can enjoy the trip more. They must have had a good chat as the Dr said she had lived in Warwick and Allora at one time, even though she was a Hobart girl.
It is warmer here, 11.6deg at the moment.
