Rebecca driving through the hills of Alabama toward Snead

Our setup on their place.

The view out our window, yes theres plenty o fish in that...

And so with the work on the coach being all done, we wanted to head toward our kids place in Augusta, GA but, with a short stop at friends Lee and Sheila. They are fellow RV'ers we met back in 2012 at Pointes West Army campground. They've got this nifty little 5 acre piece of paradise. There's a nice wide flat spot on their driveway our coach fits on it just fine.

However, our 5 day visit was cut short with the arrival on the Gulf Coast of Hurricane Nate. We took a close look at the projected travel of Nate and determined we needed to get outta his way. So, after a quick look at the map book we felt sure and positive that we'd not feel too much of his effects if we went up to Tennessee. There is a nice little Thousand Trails park just over the border of Mississippi. We haven't been to this one, no better time than now! 186 miles later, we arrived and parked.
