Scene on way to see Tulips

Pink Tulips

An arrangement of Tulips

More Tulips

Yea!! We have sunshine today, the lush green of the grass looks lovely even with clouds, but adding sunshine and blue water, then the scenery is amazing.

We, all four, went to see the Table Cape Tulip Farm today. When we lived here and visited this same farm, whole paddocks were full of open flowers. We were warned the tulip season is late this year and they only opened on the 1st October, so expected there would be fewer flowers open. Would have loved Ann and David to see them as we had, but they got the idea with some rows of flowers open in the paddocks. The lovely fresh scone, jam and cream for morning tea helped.

Drove into Wynyard and had a look around, a good sized small town. We are just enjoying all the views as we travel along.

Ann is ready for rest after doing one thing, and today she was joined by David. Yes he has the " man flu ". It is hard trying to keep separated in a van. We are all getting into the Echinacea to build up our immune systems.

Love Dawn
