Bonneville Dam

Bonneville Dam Fish Ladder

Columbia River

Multnomah Falls

Mount Hood

We headed east today on the Historic Columbia River Highway. Along the way we saw several very pretty waterfalls and the Bonneville Lock and Dam. They have a fish ladder at the Bonneville Dam where you can watch fish climb the ladder. The Columbia River is very wide and the surrounding scenery is pretty. We saw many people kiteboarding and windsurfing.

We turned a little south to catch a glimpse of Mt. Hood which is Oregon's highest peak.
