|Today we leave Sequoia and head north to Yosemite National Park. The drive through the central 't valley and then into the foothills of the Sierra Nevada Mountains was really pretty. We stopped along the way to stock up on food since we would be at Yosemite for three days. Our camp ground was located in El Portal California just a few miles from the entrance to the park. Elisabeth and Pete and the boys went ahead of us and actually went into the park. We arrived at our campground and got camp set up. There wasn't much to do since the campground was really just a gravel parking lot. There was only pay WiFi and cell reception was pretty weak. Hence the lack of posting to this journal. Anyway, the Gallos got back to he motor home about 8:00 pm filled with the wonders of Yosemite! The rivers are really full and the waterfalls are magnificent. We planned our next day and retired for the night. Big day tomorrow.
