A walk about the town before breakfast the town is very quite of a early morning (7:00) a couple places open for coffee and a couple men sweeping the sidewalks, back to hotel get a cup of coffee and some breakfast then back to my room and packed my bags then off walking to the bus station. I get my ticket on the bus as we are heading out of Prizren a little rain as we head toward the border, a few quick stops then border crossing very quick leaving Kosovo, but a longer wait at the Macedonia side was a small bus in front of us that two people was taken off and sent back to the Kosovo side, we had to wait until they were back across the border before we could get our passports checked and stamped. Then a short ride to Skopje the capital of Macedonia the bus let us out at a stop near center of the city, had to take a taxi to hotel. Got checked into hotel then out for a walk about the area and change some US dollars into Macedonian money 1.00 USD for 54. diner. A stop for a cold beer 80 diner before heading back to hotel kicked back a bit letting it cool off a bit, then out to explore more of the city. I walk to the square wow lots of statue and fountains they were every where, the main one had lions all around the base very cool, check out a few places to eat, got a chicken sandwich that had french fries on top of sorta a mess to eat and a coke the first one on the trip nice, LOL taste of home. Then back to hotel tried to work on blog but no internet until late. So just went to bed calling it a day, this makes my 93 country, and the trip is still no over.
