No Regrets! no regrets in spending much money for a very Awesome weekend experience at Las Casas Filipinas De Acuzar ("The houses in the Philippines of Acuzar").

This hotel/resort was a brilliant idea of Jose "Gerry" Acuzar, the owner of San Jose Builders. He decided to rebuild different mansions from the Spanish Era. He bought most of them from different places in the Philippines such as Manila (Tondo, Binondo and Quiapo), Quezon City, Bulacan, Pampanga, La Union, the Ilocos and Cagayan. He dismantled each houses brick by brick from their original location and transported to his place in Bagac, Bataan. Most of the houses contains original parts of the houses, however some of it was just a replication only due to incompetency of materials from the old houses. Nevertheless, the plan came out so adorable, fantastic and fascinating!

Aside from just having a relaxing siesta on your historical room, a lot of activities is waiting for you to try. Within the resort, you can make "pasyal" the whole Las Casas by riding on a what they called "Tramvia", you can do beach bumming and fighting the sea's unlimited high waves :-), Game room(Not Red Room!) Ahahah is also open for public(Table Tennis, traditional sungka or Bantumi in english, Board Chess, Billiards are some of the indoor games that you can play.

"Heritage Tour" is included on the package that we availed. It was just so nice, not just to see fascinating structures but also finding the story behind it. Awesome!
