We spent the weekend doing chores and relaxing, then Monday was moving day. I had been wanting to go to the Joshua Tree National Park, so we chose an entirely new campground in southern California. We picked this one for 2 reasons: proximity to the park and a hot spring spa on site. The road down was in good shape and we made good time, so were parked a d set up at a reasonable hour. I had leftovers in the fridge for an easy dinner, but pa king and then setting up again was tiring, so we made it an early night.
Before bed we read over the informational stuff they gave us. Most of it was the usual, except for the full sheet of instructions on what to do in case of an earthquake. Welcome to California!
