Leaning back and looking up on a clear night like last night you can understand why Van Gogh painted his starry starry night. The sky was so clear and dark as the stars started to shine almost one at a time. The first actual constellation I identified was the big dipper and it was so bright and distinct I could have dipped it in water and poured it out. Then gradually the milky way (not the candy bar) , began to be visible. It was like a huge rainbow across the sky and clusters of tiny stars creating a shiny sparkly blur. It is so hard to describe something so magnificent. For some reason there were either a lot of falling stars or possibly space debris coming down as we saw multiple bright streaks flashing across the sky.

I wish I could adequately describe the feelings of seeing such an Amazing sky.
