A Collage of beautiful Dundee where we had a couple of stays....

Here we are, back at "home", in Humpty Doo, 35 kms south east of Darwin City. Weather is perfect, cooler nights, gorgeous warm days. Sorry if this hurts you all down south who are freezing your butts off and getting soaked, with the rough weather you have all been experiencing. We DO think of you all!!

Bobbie in to hospital on Monday 25th July, to have her second knee replacement, our reason for being back here this year, following her first one last year, which had us here for 10 weeks then. Keeps Pedro busy on her 15 acres!! She came home 3 days later, and is getting around brilliantly.

Will post this off to let you know where we are, as we are here until 23rd August, and we have done Darwin previously for you all, so if anything new gets my attention, will add it in for you!!

Take care.

Mum and Dad, Granny & Grandad.... or

Sue and Pedro xx

Had two stays out at Dundee with Rosie - once just me, and the other with Pete, along with Rosie's brother Pete and 3 youngsters.

Bobbie's brother Neville, and his partner Rebecca, arrived on 13th, so that left us free to do a bit more looking around. Had a dinner with Bindi and the boys at the Golf club, and a dinner with Danny, up from Alice Springs, the night before we left.

Will be sad to move on once more as I reckon Darwin will always be my home away from home - but only if it is cooler that it has been this Dry!!! Very unusual following an unseasonably dry Wet season, so has been nothing like 'normal' up here this year. Plenty of signs that the Build Up to the Wet may be starting very soon, much to the locals' horror!!! Very unusual to have humidity throughout the Dry months.

On the road again ......
