Rest Day

Took my bike to be repaired and the guy was fantastic. Fixed the issue by raising the mudguard. Then proceeded to clear the bike, chain and cassette, and oil it. He made small adjustments to gears, straightened the handlebars, adjusted my brake levers to better suit my hands, oiled pedals. He was fantastic. Then didn't charge me because he liked what I was doing re the bike ride!!!!!

Afterwards explored the city by bike then met Leanne and Dawn for lunch (by chance I stumbled on a vegetarian GF place! We all walked the city after with a good view over the Grund district. Dawn's husband arrived before dinner (he had been cycling more arduous climbs in Switzerland ,

Today was basically a dry day. Of course it was.as we weren't cycling !!
