Home at last!

|We got home Wednesday afternoon. It's been a fun and exciting trip, but as always, the best part of any trip is coming home! We all agreed our favorite spots were Gulf Island National Seashore, and Bradenton, Florida.
Bill and I are fond of statistics, so here are some fun facts about our trip:
Number of days - arrived home on the 58th
Number of miles traveled - 6945
Number of States visited - 14
Number of campgrounds - 40 nights at 10 different sites
Number of Walmart overnights - 6
Number of nights spent with friends and family - 11
Number of National Parks visited - 6
Number of audio novels listened to - 8
Number of Days spent at the beach - enough to lose count! what more could we ask?
Number of days spent doing nothing - 2 (yep, we were busy!)
Favorite activities - snorkeling and kayaking, boating
Favorite days - bar hopping in New Orleans and Nashville
Best Meal - Bill: Catfish at Cookie's restaurant, Bull Shoals Lake, MO
Mich: Roast Beef Po'boy at Flying Harpoon, Gulf Shores, AL
Place most likely to return - Gulf Islands Nations Seashore, Pensacola, FL
