Svarte railway station

Today we're off for a train ride, and who doesn't love one of those. We're travelling on the local regional trains today, the pågatåg, to the seaside town of Simrishavn. It's only about an hour or so away from Malmö and gives us a chance to see another part of Sweden. The idea was given to us by the lovely Annmaree Heaphy who family has history there.

We can see that this would be absolutely lovely in summer in the town, but today it's grey, cloudy, and there are showers about which does make it a little depressing about.

The little bakery we went to for lunch was cheap and food simple but nice. Summer would be best served with ice cream.

Still a lovely day out.
