Scott, Diane and Megan Sisman

Megan the fish

The chef and SousChef

Scott Sisman and his terrific daughter Megan (she's just turned 9) picked us up at the Denver airport on Monday afternoon. We went back to the Sisman's house in Boulder, freshened up and went to dinner at the Flagstaff House, a restaurant that Jim's been talking about since I met him. We had a lovely dinner with Scott and his wife Diane and probably got the Sismans in trouble with the babysitter because we kept them out so late!

We decided that we hadn't spent enough time with Megan, so we hung out in Boulder on Tuesday. We went to the Pearl Street Mall, an outdoor pedestrian shopping area, shopped a bit and had lunch. I discovered a really cool women's sporting goods store called "Outdoor Divas." Is that a great name or what?! I loved the name so much I bought the t-shirt (along with some wicking underpants - I know, too much information).

After we picked up Megan at school, she, Jim and I went to Whole Foods (Jim's favorite grocery) and bought a bunch of stuff so Jim could cook dinner for everyone. We went to Megan's swim team practice (she's a fish!), had a late dinner and caused everyone to wake up late the next morning!

Thank you Scott, Diane and Megan for being such gracious hosts.
