Celebrating NYE, all the best for 2016

Just to bring you up to date; after a few days in Mazatlan, we arrived in Lo de Marcos about the 2nd week of December, and were very pleased to be given the same spot as last year.

Hope you enjoy all the flora and fauna photos. This really is the tropics, hot weather, warm ocean, overgrown vegetation, beautiful flowers changing all the time, strange animals and the birds are spectacular.

Had more work done on the trailer. This time we had all the faded and peeling decals removed and then painted back on. The Mexican workers have made it look really sharp again.

We are fine, enjoyed get-togethers for Christmas Eve, Christmas Day and New Year’s Eve. We cooked our Christmas turkey roll on the BBQ, potatoes, stuffing, veggies and cranberry sauce, most enjoyable. In the evening the whole park got together for a pot luck desert and ‘open mike’ music.

New Year’s Eve was spent at our local restaurant with friends after which we sat around our propane fire till gone midnight, sang Auld Lang Syne then went down the beach to watch the fireworks.

We wish you all a Happy New Year.
