Sunday, September 20th.
A buffet breakfast was included in our tour which we enjoyed for the second day. They even served real coffee.
We spent a couple of hours at the beach watching ships, kite surfers whipping back and forth across the harbour, groups of men playing soccer and children running in and out of the surf squealing with delight. I sat and watched the ocean with binoculars while Bill beachcombed. Neither of us saw much of outstanding interest.
I spent a few more hours by the pool and Bill went exploring.
As we were getting ready to leave to catch the ferry, Bill couldn’t find his passport. We dumped out our little overnight bag and searched the briefcase to no avail. Bill remembered that he had stopped for a coffee on his walk about and though it might have fallen out of his pocket when he searched for change. While I repacked everything Bill went back to the coffee shop. Hallelujah as soon as they saw him they knew what he was looking for. They had kept it safely tucked away waiting for his return.
This trip has had more than its share of excitement for us.
Our trip back to the RV was uneventful thank goodness I don’t think I could have handled any more excitement that day although I would have liked to see some more dolphins.
