The first thing I saw when I opened the blinds this morning, was a deer beside our car. It was a doe and she didn’t stay around very long.
Marilyn & I shared our morning coffee while sitting outdoors on our “patio”.
We were reluctant to go back inside but the coffee was finished off and we had a few items to get done.
I dumped the gray water tank, which was nearly full after several days of showers and laundry.
Marilyn immediately started another load of laundry and asked me to put the towels in the dryer when the washing machine signaled the end of the wash cycle.
Ginger sent Marilyn a message asking if she wanted to go into town with her, so my spouse left me and headed out for some fun “girl stuff”.
I posted pictures on four of my recent blog entries, so you may see those if you check back in my blog.
Bob & Janet walked by and stopped to visit for awhile. It was nice to chat with these good friends for awhile.
Later, I took the storm windows off the screen door, and cleaned things so that it all looks nice.
Unfortunately, I set one of the storm windows against a chair and it fell over, not once but twice. (It takes me awhile to learn)
Now I need to take that particular window to an RV dealer to see if I can get it repaired.
Marilyn & I sat outdoors with a cold drink but the sound of thunder and flashes of lightning influenced our decision to go back inside.
We’ll relax with some dinner and some TV, then off to bed with a good book.
Looking forward to another fine day tomorrow.
