Ed & Marilyn 'The Happy Wanderers' travel blog

Marilyn & I headed into town early this morning to arrive at the Doctor’s office by 8:00.

As is usual I had to complete some paperwork and was ready when they called me in to see the Doctor at 8:30.

I liked the Doctor and he had the small mole on my back removed for a biopsy within a very short time.

I should know the result of the biopsy within a week.

Marilyn & I then stopped off at the King Sooper Grocery to pick up some groceries before heading back to the RV Resort.

Our neighbor dropped by to say “So Long” this morning. These nice folks are on their second trip around the USA, this time seeing places they missed the first time.

They pulled out a few minutes after 11:00 this morning and our friends, Bob & Janet, pulled in to the vacated Site less than one hour later.

I moved my truck and Marilyn pulled the bedroom slide in to allow Bob and his 38 foot RV to pull in just right.

Now they are set up and we are all ready for some fun.

The carry-in dinner was ready at 4:30 and the whole gang gathered at our place.

Jesse & Ginger, Ken & Jean, Chris & Gia, Bob & Janet, and of course, Marilyn & I, made up a happy band of Campers as we shared food, drink, conversation, laughter, and fun.

Marilyn took some pictures but Chris & Gia arrived late and aren't in the photos.

We began to gather around 4:00 and the group broke up after 8:00 PM so that was a sign we were all having a nice time.

I came inside to work on this blog entry while Marilyn put things away.

We have nothing on our agenda for the next week or so, and that is wonderful.

One more bit of news. Our family is all back in their home again, as the flood water has receded.

We are grateful for that.

Life is Good!
