A gray, overcast day greeted us this morning. We haven’t had much additional rain which is a good thing.
Marilyn & I had a busy day in spite of the unusual weather.
Marilyn cleaned the RV inside, then baked bread and cookies.
I made some business calls, carried the trash out, and then moved a satellite receiver from the bedroom in the house, to the RV.
We now have Direct TV in the RV, as well as the house.
Oh, just so you know, Lex (Owner) gave me permission to move the receiver. LOL
We gathered all of the ingredients to make a kettle of Southwest Pork, Green Chili Stew.
I then carried everything over to the house and fixed that delicious dish. Marilyn gave me some help, as the bread was baking.
She then gave me a few samples of the freshly baked cookies.
Those Caramel Apple cookies, still hot from the oven, were great!!
We have several activities on the schedule for tomorrow.
Breakfast at the Clubhouse in the morning, then going to Mass with friends, Mike & Marian later in the day.
Oh, yeah, the forecast calls for sunshine tomorrow.
Life is Good!
