We left Morgat on the 11th after careful planning to get through the notorious Raz Du Sein .fortunately we were lucky and the Raz was in a good mood. The current was not too strong and we sailed. On up to Audierne.
It was a bit tricky getting moored up there because all the recommended places away from the current had been taken. A friendly couple of Brits helped us tie up in a very short pontoon and we thanked them by sharing several bottles of red with them.
The following day we went back down river and moored on a buoy in St Evette where we enjoyed a lovely evening but a bouncy night so we are shattered today.
This morning we sailed to Benodet and like it so much we have decided to stay for a week.we may actually get to open our suitcases!!
