| (click 'show all 9' to display all photos and double click photo to see a bigger version) We travelled from Ho Chi Minh City to Phnom Penh by taking a two day Mekong Delta trip - my last chance (on this trip) to experience the Mighty Mekong. Taking in visits to river villages where coconut sweets and snake wine were local productions were highlights among some long boat trips. At one point our boat got lodged under a bridge. With a lot of help from locals we weighed the front of the boat down low enough to make it out - onwards to the Cambodian boarder. |
