After a second time in Ronda -- the kids had to visit their dog and cat friends, and we had cool off by the pool -- we arrived in Cordoba.

Cordoba was the capital of the Islamic empire, and therefore the world, in the 10th and 11th centuries. We visited the Mesquita and enjoyed the mixture of Islamic, Roman, and Catholic architectural styles.
