2/2 – 2/5

After 896 miles and two sea days we made it to Lautoka, Fiji. Well, maybe it took three sea days, it depends on your point of view. On Sunday, February 2 at 2:00am we crossed the International Date Line. So our Sunday only lasted two hours before it became 3:00am Monday morning (yup, we watched the Superbowl on Monday). However, not to worry, every four or five days throughout the trip we kept putting the clock back an hour and by the time we returned to Fort Lauderdale were all caught up (caught back) and had gained a whole days extra sleep.

On Fiji we got on a boat for a trip to Bounty Island. Bounty Island is a very small island with a old resort on it. We spent the day swimming and snorkeling.
