Well our €2 token for the electricity actually lasted all night, not just 6 hrs. It still hadn't run out when we left at 9.30am. We did support the local shop by buying some bread & croissants before leaving. We had the croissants with coffee by the river at a town called Cosne-Cours-Sur-Loire. We also tracked a couple of geocaches by the river.
The weather is dry and quite mild. The high winds that we had at Dunkirk have ceased & it feels relatively mild. We are moving almost directly south & generally following the Loire river.
We had a fairly late lunch at a mid size town called St Pourcain-Sur-Sioule and decided to stay the night there on a rather nice Aire on the river bank. When we got there there were only two motorhomes on site but by the morning another eight had joined us. This time our €2 euros only bought us four hours of electricity but that was enough to last out the evening before we turned in.
