This morning I got up an hour earlier than usual because I had to go to my doctor’s office to have blood drawn. I didn’t want to fast any longer than I had to. There was still plenty of time before exercise class began, so I stopped at Chick-fil-A for breakfast. That’s the first time I’ve ever had a chicken biscuit for breakfast but I enjoyed it.
There was still enough time before class for me to leave my car at Discount Tire to have my tires checked. The right rear tire wasn’t flat this morning but it had lost some air since yesterday. As I had suspected, there was a nail in it. I was very surprised that they did not charge me for this work. This company is on my good list; they’ve always been fair.
This afternoon I had a visit with my chiropractor. He did some therapy that he had never done on me before. It was painful during the process but now my back feels better.
On the way home I stopped at the Post Office (forgetting that it was closed for Veteran’s Day). I had to use the kiosk.
