Arrived in Zadar at 1900 and started walking through the streets looking for a place to stay the night. After the second travel agency told us that we would be lucky to find a place we did manage to get a room in a house a few minuted srive away. It is "Ferroaugusto" - when all Italians are on holiday and come across to Dalmatia. By the time we got to our house it was 2130 and our hostess made us a platter of cheese bread and salamis for a meal which was very generous of her. In the morning she made a pot of Croatian coffee - similar to Turkish - sweet thick but nice (help - we must be getting used to it!) and then drove us to the bus. Once again a great coastline (although not as dramatic as Montenegro)- we couldn't get over how many camping grounds there were - all full of campervans and tents. People and vehicles everywhere.
