Day 74-75 - Lawton, OK 10/25-26/2013

We arrived at Lori's in the afternoon. We spent the afternoon visiting with her and

Brady. Later we took Brady and Chester to the park close by, they had a great time. I think the slide is Brady's favorite. Jeff came home while we were at the park, he and Bob had a good time visiting while we were gone. We had a good spaghetti dinner that Lori fixed and visited more. Saturday we woke up to rain that wasn't supposed to start until later in the afternoon. We went to the wildlife refuge, saw a couple of buffalo and we did the visitor center, it was very interesting. We also drove up to one of the dams, that is where we saw the turtles. We also topped Mt. Scott, it was a pretty view. We went to a local restaurant for lunch that is world known. It had giant hamburgers, they were served in a pie tin! The sodas were served in a giant mason jar with a handle, no refills! Great ambiance and food.
