The queues we avoided, thanks to Filipe

Day 2 commenced with a walk to the train station which took us to the top of the Falls to Devils Throat (Garganta del Diable), 82 metres high and 150 metres wide. Our guide made us get up early so we would be in the first group to arrive, he also had a knack of avoiding queues, good planning again, Filipe! We also walked the upper circuit and lower circuit on the Argentinian side.

Iguazu was quite overwhelming. We had previously been impressed with Victoria Falls, but must say that we were amazed by the size and extent of the waterfalls, their drops and the force of it all. We were fortunate to have excellent weather, not too high humidity, and a very good flow of water over the 150-300 waterfalls.
