Mary Hardesty, the beading teacher and Linda Doerschug

Mary showing off the bracelet I made

I went to my first beading class today. I was supposed to meet Mary Hazlett at the class because she told me about it but she forgot to show up. So, I went anyway and made a cute bracelet. Mary Hardesty, provides the beads and everything to make your first project. After that you have to bring your own. I think I will join them next season for beading as I love jewelry and now I can make stuff to match outfits. Some of the people are actually selling their stuff at the craft shows but I doubt I will do that.

Linda Doershug offered to let me use quite a bit of her stuff until I get going so I think I'll sit by her next year.

I am hoping that they get the fused glass jewelry class going because I would love to try that too!
