Day 6 10 May CRETE (Greece) , Chania - A FREE DAY .... so we headed off by the local bus 3E which comes to the ship. As soon as we hit the town, we headed in the direction of the Old Town, and the water. What a special place! How pretty it is with its cafes around the harbour and the cobbled streets. We walked out onto the wall forming part of the harbour and right back around to the far side of the harbour, past all the cafes and boats, and back through the winding narrow streets and alleyways full of little shops ....only stopping for icecream and internet .... and some photos.

Crete also is dripping in history – its location making it an important hub for merchants, pirates and foreign invasions.

Day 7 11 May sea and in conference all day finishing the day with a formal, black tie, evening and awesome buffet ....and a very special ice carving.
