I left early today because it was cold! (My furnace hasn't worked since Day 3 of the trip. It's one of the many things they have to fix, back where I bought it.)
So, I was probably on the road about 9:00 and headed west and, for the last half day, north. As a result, I traveled through parts of Missouri, Kansas, Nebraska, Iowa and finally South Dakota where I found a Walmart in Sioux Falls. The temperature varied from -2 to +2 and the sky was sunny all day, so I assume I'm in a high pressure area. I hope it holds.
Tomorrow I'll head west on I-90 which I think takes me right to the coast just north of Seattle. Those pesky mountains are in the way however and the passes can be tricky this time of the year so I'll cross my fingers and hope that there is no snow on the road when I get there.
